Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the registration and must be booked separately form the conference registration.
On-campus Halls Option:
Student-style accommodation is available at Sonoda Village which is just a short walk to the main University of Canterbury campus and located on the picturesque grounds of the University of Canterbury, College of Education including a beautiful Japanese Style Garden.
All rooms are single in a shared 5 bedroom apartment. Each apartment has a kitchen/living area and bathroom. The rate, including linen, is $77.50 per person per night. Booking as a group is possible.
For bookings, please email sonoda@unilodge.co.nz with the following information: name, mobile number, full home address, arrival and departure dates, as well as an emergency contact name, and their mobile number and email address. Make sure to let them know that you are attending the NZMS Colloquium.

There are numerous motels located along Riccarton Rd, which is a short walk of approximately 20 minutes to the conference venue. Some are listed below, though TripAdvisor or Google Maps show many more.
